Pre-Natal Yoga and Birth Prep Class in Toronto

PreNatal YOGA & Birth Prep Class

Thursdays at 11:30am at Breathe Yoga Studio in the Junction

This class is designed for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester, and will focus on yoga postures, breathwork and meditation for labor and birth preparation. Topics such as: moving through fear, redefining the idea of pain, and the importance of breath will be interwoven into each class.
